At Boatyard Bikes, we don't just fix old bikes
we help fix people too!
At Boatyard Bikes, we offer weekly drop-in, strip-down and rebuild sessions for Men, working on old motorbikes.
Birthed out of a desire for a space where Men can chat and build community around a communal project. No experience is needed, all you need is a willingness to muck in and meet new folks. We mainly work on old Hondas as they're fairly simple, light and parts are widely available for them.
We’ll be running sessions on Thursdays between 10am and 3pm. There's no need to book just come along.
Once a bike is finished, we will sell it to fund the purchase of another project bike, tools and equipment. If you have a bike or parts that you would like to donate to the project, we would love to hear from you!
